Serie: "Diener des Volkes - The Man Without A Suit" (2025)

This new series is inspired by Europe's most pressing dilemma of today: That Russia has attacked Ukraine in violation of any and all international acts and conventions enacted post WW-2. Remarkably, the President of Ukraine, Volodymir Selenskyy, has stopped wearing "business suits" ever since. This said, when Selenskyy was invited to the White House in February of 2025, hoping to find a forceful friend and mighty ally, he was not only faced with disgraceful and demeaning treatment by President Trump. As if that was not enough, on top one of the journalists in the room boldly asked him: "Why don't you wear a suit?!" Selenskyy's quiet, wise answer was: "When the war is over, I'll wear a suit again". Does it take more proof of deep loyalty and dedication to his people and solidarity with all those men and women who daily fight at the front, risking limb and life? Well, my guess is: The journalist who asked, has never heard about Selenskyy's biography. His party's name is "Servant of the People".
